Return Policy

Here at Vevano, we appreciate your patronage. While we never expect an issue with a product, sometimes it may become necessary to return your purchase.

General Returns:

If you identify the need to return a product, please reach out to us and tell us why your return is within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. We may ask you for additional details or ask you to provide pictures. Once we have determined that you may qualify for a refund, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Some exceptions do apply.

For you to receive a refund for the returned product, it must be returned to us in the original box and packaging, including all warranty cards and owner's manuals, and must be in re-sellable condition.

Refunds will be processed once items are received, and the condition has been inspected and approved.

10% restocking fee and return shipping fees will apply

Return Policy Exceptions:

 The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged:

  • Any item totaling less than $100.00.
  • Hazardous materials, such as paint or other chemicals.
  • Any Bidet/Washlet that has been opened.
  • Any toilet seat opened or unopened.
  • Any product that has been installed.
  • Cabinets
  • Flooring
  • Tile

Defective Returns:

If you receive a defective item, we ask you to provide photos of the product to support@vevano.com within 3 days of delivery, where you may request a replacement or refund of the product. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund after this timeframe. Products are deemed defective if:

  • Product sustained damage in transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Product defect prohibits proper functionality.

Please note: In the event of damages, our team will work with you to properly dispose of the materials. However, there may be situations where customers need to dispose of the damaged items themselves. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make a guarantee for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order, and we will always do all we can to help. Fees may apply.

A manufacturer warranty backs most products sold on Vevano.com our site does not directly offer a warranty to customers, but our team will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues during the warranty period. If you experience an issue with an item that offers a manufacturer warranty, please contact our customer service team. We will help facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with the manufacturer to assist you directly.
