Vevano Home is an eCommerce company dedicated to bringing you lower prices and better values.

How does Vevano Home work?

Vevano Home works in two ways. You can browse and shop to find the best product for you, or you can utilize our design team to help you find the best products for your layout, style, and budget.

What does Vevano Home offer?

We offer cabinets, countertops, bath tubs, flooring, tile, lighting, fans, sinks, and faucets.

Where is Vevano Home located?

Our offices are located in Salt Lake City, Utah. But we ship from multiple locations across the country.

Can I Trust Vevano Home? What’s your history?

While our name sounds new, we have over 35 years in the home improvement products space. You can always give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Design Process

 

What rooms do you design? What does each design include?

Vevano Home crafts designs for any room in your home. From kitchens to bathrooms to family rooms and more. Each design includes a full rendering, not just a line drawing, as well as a list of the exact style of products.

How do I get a professional design?

Get in touch with us by sending an email to design@vevano.com. Send a few photos of the room you’re looking to design and we’ll get back to you within 3 business days.

Do I have to order if I get a design?

No, the design is yours, whether you order with us or not. But we hope you do.

How soon do I receive my design back?

After sending pictures or measurements of your room, our designers will get started. Please allow for 3 business days to receive your design.

Are your designers professionals?

Yes, our designers have years of experience in working on custom room designs that range the full gamut of interior design styles from rustic to contemporary. They are well-versed in design and space planning.

What if I’m not happy with my design?

Let your designer know immediately. We are happy to make edits and changes to create the right design for you.

Do I need measurements?

At some point, yes. If you have measurements handy, send them to us, but it’s okay if you send just the photos. Measurements will be needed before you buy products, but your designer will take you through that process.

How long is a quote good for?

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Do you price match?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, our customer care experts are happy to take your orders, just call our toll-free number at 1-855-483-2629. Utah residents can also call 1-385-831-7505.

Where’s my order confirmation?

An order confirmation will be shipped to your email address, if it’s not in your inbox, check your junk folder. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact our customer care at 1-855-483-2629 or support@vevano.com and we’ll send you another.

How do I edit or cancel an order?

Call our customer care at 1-855-483-2629 to discuss the status of your order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times may vary, we recommend checking your tracking number to stay up-to-date on shipping timelines.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 48 hours with more detailed shipping information and tracking.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not yet offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico.

How much is shipping?

Flooring and cabinets ship for free on orders of $2500 or more. Shipping for orders under this amount will be calculated during checkout.

All other products ship free, there is no minimum purchase required.

What is freight shipping?

For large and heavy items, we ship through what’s called freight shipping. A semi-truck is loaded with your order and a time is scheduled with you to deliver it your home. A signature is required, but we highly recommend checking your order for damage before signing for the shipment.

How do I inspect my order for damage?

If your order shipped via freight, open the packing materials and examine the products to make sure there was no damage during shipping. If there is damage, do not sign for the shipment and have it returned so we can work on a replacement order.

If your order was not shipped via freight, examine it as you normally would and let us know of any damage or defects as soon as possible.

My order was lost during shipping, what do I do?

What are the handling times for products?

While most products ship in as little as two days, it can take up to four days for handling times.

What are the shipping times for products?

The standard shipping time from source to destination is 10 days or less.

When do I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking info is sent out by email within 24 hours after the order ships.

What happens if my item is backordered?

Occasionally an item is so popular that multiple people order at the same time, which can cause a backorder status. If your item is backordered, our customer care team will notify you immediately with the option to wait or to cancel your order. Estimated shipping times will be updated accordingly.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not yet offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico.

My order was lost during shipping, what do I do?

Can my item be shipped to a P.O. box?

No, items must be shipped to a physical address such as a workplace or a residence.

Do you have any installers you’d recommend?

Given our offerings across so many areas and cities, we don’t have a network of contractors or installers to recommend. However, we do recommend that you research and read reviews when searching for an installer.

 

Product Quality

 

How do I know the quality of your products?

For products like cabinets, flooring, counters or tile we can send samples of the product to your home so you can see the quality for yourself.
